Return policy
In order to provide you the good products and excellent services, we always double check the product and pack it by ourselves before delivering the package. However, if you receive a defective product, we will make the return process super easy with our great apology.
What shall you do when you receive a defective product?
1. If the goods are defective, please contact your sales manager through instant messaging tools on the website or emails within 7 days after receiving the goods;
2. You need to prepare photos or videos that clearly show the quality defects of the goods and send them to your sales manager;
3. After confirming that the product has quality defects (this confirmation process will usually be completed within one day after you provide valid photos or videos)
If you cannot provide photos or videos, or the photos or videos provided cannot identify the quality defects of the goods, all items must be returned as they are in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The shipping cost of the return shall be borne by you. After we receive the return goods and confirm the defectiveness, the return shipping cost will be refunded.
Can I return an item if it is worn, damaged, or the label has been removed?
1. You can only return undamaged, unwashed items with their original labels/packaging.
2. Items and freebies marked with a non-returnable symbol cannot be returned.
